The Mindful Hour with Aromatherapy Associates

€75pp | Minimum 4 Guests | Available Monday to Thursday Only

Hosted in The Element, a therapeutic and private relaxation space for your special occasion. Your therapist will guide you and your friends or loved ones through a calming and uplifting experience incorporating a mindfully curated spa programme: 

• Welcome Ritual with a calming breathing exercise
• Gentle stretch followed by guided Self Treatment
• Guided Meditation with Heated Eye Mask
• Closing Ritual choice of a Herbal tea or an OTO Mocktail
• One hour of Thermal Suite & Outdoor Pool Experience

Minimum of 4 guests required to book The Mindful Hour & avail to book Monday to Thursday only.

Together Time

€25pp | Minimum 4 Guests | Available Monday to Sunday

Guests can now upgrade their Spa treatment to include The Element as a private relaxation space for special occasions:

• 60 minutes in The Element with friends or loved ones
• Choice of Glass of Prosecco or Mocktail
• Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Minimum of 4 guests required to book Together Time & can only be booked as part of an upgrade to a Spa treatment, available Monday to Sunday
