We are delighted to confirm that The Health Club booking App is also now available. What’s that you ask? It’s an App that you can easily download onto your phone and start booking your preferred slots. For Android users you can find the App in Play Store and for iOS you can find the App in your App Store. Once you have downloaded the Glofox App, search for The Kingsley Hotel and The Health Club at The Kingsley will appear. Register your details and start booking your sessions. Members will be permitted to book pre-scheduled 1-hour time-blocks up to 7-days in advance.

8.30am – 9.30am 5.15pm – 6.15pm
9.45am – 10.45am 6.30pm – 7.30pm

Members who do not attend their pre-booked sessions more than twice in a 2-week period will be unable to book for 7 days.
Please arrive on time. We kindly ask that you wait in your car or outside The Health Club if you are early. Walk-ins will only be permitted provided there is availability. Those who are over 15 minutes late may have their slot given to a walk-in.
Please disinfect your hands upon entry.
Please present your Health Club membership key fob and scan.
All fitness equipment and machinery must be disinfected, before and after each use.
At the end of each time-block, members must leave The Health Club, regardless of their entry time. In compliance with government guidelines and industry advice, the entire Health Club will close at the end of each session for 15 minutes to disinfect all areas for the next users.
Members will not be permitted to remain in The Health Club once the time-block is finished.
Shoe & Locker facilities are open, however due to social distancing guidelines, only 9 male users and 10 female users are permitted to use the changing areas at one time. As a result, those requiring use of a locker and/or shower must pre-book. Bookings are strictly subject to availability. All personal belongings must be stored in a locker. We request you shower at home where possible.
As per government guidelines, industry advice, and to reduce the number of potential touch-points, the following amenities will remain CLOSED until further notice:
