Our Cork restaurants at The Kingsley take as much advantage as possible of our wonderful riverside location, with airy, light-filled spaces maximising the marvellous views. We also mark the importance of the river in the names we have given them – the chic Fairbanks Restaurant and the casual dining bistro The Springboard.

The intimate and attractive bar at The Kingsley is called Fishers, in tribute to the hotel’s appropriate and individual emblem the stylish and vibrant kingfisher, often to be seen along the riverbank.
A snug and intimate bar with a traditional feel that serves a selection of reassuring bar food classics as well as some tempting and surprisingly modern takes on the old favourites. Alternatively, guests can enjoy drinks in the more relaxed and comfortable setting of The K Lounge.
