The Kingsley, part of The Fota Collection, is ideally located just outside Cork City Centre and beautifully situated on the banks of The River Lee and built on the site of the outdoor baths. The Kingsley includes 131 rooms, 1 Penthouse Suite and 18 serviced apartments. It has been open in its current form since 2014.
We are an international team who are dedicated to delivering an exceptional, friendly and natural service, while striving to maintain the hotel's impeccable reputation. Every guest is considered as an extremely important person, it is everyone’s job to provide each guest with a level of service that is consistently excellent.

Career development is important to us at The Kingsley. All positions are advertised internally and we encourage all associates to submit their applications. Promotions are based on our 8 Competencies and suitability for the role.
Continuous development and training is very important to us. We provide training with both internal and external trainers. We currently have The Fota Collection Leadership and Development Programme which is in association with CETB and accredited by City and Guilds.
The purpose of this programme is to equip candidates with the knowledge, skills and attitude to prepare for Leadership and Management. This programme is two years in duration and aims to build and recognise high potential associates while attracting and retaining talent.
The Leadership Development Programme is certified by City and Guilds in association with The Cork Education and Training Board. Students graduate with a City and Guilds qualification after two years on successful completion.
