The Kingsley Paw Policy

At The Kingsley, we are pleased to welcome well-behaved dogs and their owners for a luxury stay.
To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that the following guidelines are
observed.

• Guests must contact our Reservations Team at the time of booking with their dog’s details, as
• dog-friendly rooms are limited and pre-booking is essential. Dogs must be booked on aesignated dog-friendly package.
• Dogs are welcome provided they are small to medium-sized (maximum 25kg), fully housetrained, well-behaved and over one year of age.
• Please note that, in line with current Irish regulations, The Kingsley is unable to accommodate certain restricted breeds, with the exception of guide dogs and assistance dogs.
• The hotel has the right to refuse excessively vocal, aggressive or unsuitable dogs at its discretion.
• Dogs should arrive clean, healthy, free from disease and up to date with standard vaccinations.
• Owners are kindly asked to bring their dog’s own food and feeding essentials.
• Dogs must remain on a lead at all times while in public areas of the hotel and grounds.
• To ensure the comfort of all guests, dogs are not permitted in the Spa, Health Club or Springboard Restaurant, with the exception of guide dogs and assistance dogs.
• Resident dogs are welcome in designated dining areas only:
• Breakfast may be enjoyed in an area of Fairbanks
• Dinner is in Fishers Bar (with pre-booking essential)
• Perch Café welcomes dogs in the wooden floor seating section
• Dining with dogs must be arranged in advance, as pre-booking is essential.
• Dogs belonging to non-residents are permitted on outdoor terrace areas only and are not permitted inside the hotel.
• For the wellbeing of pets in busier surroundings, dogs are permitted in hotel areas and Fishers bar until 8pm daily.
• Dogs must remain close to their owner while dining and are not permitted on furniture or to eat from hotel crockery.
• Dogs may not be left unattended in guest bedrooms at any time.
• The Kingsley cannot accept responsibility for supervising, feeding or walking pets during your stay.
• Guests are respectfully asked to clean up after their pets immediately and to be mindful of other guests and surrounding outdoor areas.
• A maximum of one dog is permitted per guest room.

In the unlikely event that additional deep cleaning or repairs are required following your stay,
an additional charge may apply.
